Cancellation
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

- 50% back if the assigned guide is found to be unwelcoming, rude or unprofessional.
- 48 hours to file a claim, counted from the conclusion of your tour.
Every claim is reviewed: we read your form, interview the assigned guide, and compare it against our service records.
Valid claims are processed within 7 working days.
